How the framework works
- 1. Measure the macro regime. Financial conditions and risk appetite are scored on a −3 to +3 scale, alongside a global liquidity proxy that tracks broad money supply, central bank balance sheets, bond volatility and the dollar.
- 2. Rank every asset. Equities, Bitcoin, gold and defensives receive relative strength scores from −100 to +100, based on trend, momentum, carry and volatility.
- 3. Translate signals into allocations. Only bullish assets earn a place in the portfolio; regime shifts raise cash or rotate into defensives before the damage is done.
